By registering, attendee agrees to the following Terms & Conditions/Disclaimer:

Webinars and online offerings

Registration is for one named person

Registration for a live or recorded webinar is strictly for one person, identified during the registration process. Registrant/attendee and their employer will be liable for anyone else using their webinar login credentials or who listen in on the webinar without registering.  Registrant/attendee and their employer will be liable for any costs incurred by Utility Classroom to pursue any infringement of this condition. Utility Classroom does offer group registration options; please contact Utility Classroom for these group registration options.

Training material is protected

The material presented, described, or distributed is intended for the sole use, during the webinar, by the attendee for the purposes of their education. Any materials distributed to attendee are for attendee’s personal reference. All workshop and webinar materials contain proprietary information which is protected by copyright. All rights are reserved. No webinar materials may be reproduced, modified, distributed, recorded, forwarded, or translated into another language without prior written consent of Utility Classroom and PNW Utility Consulting LLC.

Payment and pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Credit card payment is necessary before your registration is complete. For those requiring payment by corporate check or other means, please contact us at info@todaysutilityclassroom.com to make arrangements.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled webinar and need to cancel or reschedule, you must contact Utility Classroom directly by email at info@todaysutilityclassroom.com or phone at 503-867-2234 before the start of the webinar. Please refer to the following cancellation and rescheduling terms & conditions.

You may cancel or request a reschedule without penalty for any reason before the start of the webinar. For example, if you have registered for 10AM live webinar, you must contact Utility Classroom prior to 10 AM. No shows/no contacts will forfeit all registration fees. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

If Utility Classroom needs to cancel a scheduled webinar due to instructor unavailability or another unforeseen reason, you will be offered the choice of a full refund, rescheduling into another webinar, or a credit towards a future webinar.

Utility Classroom uses a common third party credit card processor. Refunds are managed by the same third party credit card processor and may take between 5 and 1o days to appear on your statement.

Attendee will defend, indemnify, and hold Utility Classroom and PNW Utility Consulting LLC and its agents or representatives harmless from any and all losses, claims, or expenses related to personal injury or property damage incurred in or related to delivery of a webinar unless the same is caused by gross negligence of Utility Classroom or its agents or representatives.

In-person classes and workshops

Recording devices

Attendees agree that NO recording devices, whether audio or visual, including laptop computers, tablets, or cell phones will be used at any time during the workshop hours. Prior to the start of the workshop each attendee will receive their own copy of our Learning Guide to keep as their personal reference. This guide provides space for hand-written notes to be taken during the workshop. All workshop materials are protected by copyright and may not be copied, recorded, or reproduced without express written permission from Utility Classroom.

Payment, Cancellation, & Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a class and need to cancel or reschedule, you must contact Utility Classroom directly by email at info@todaysutilityclassroom.com or phone at 503-867-2234. Please refer to the following cancellation fees.

You may cancel or reschedule without penalty for any reason up to three (3) full business days prior to the beginning of workshop at 8AM PST. For example, if you have a Wednesday class, you must contact us no later than the previous Friday at 8AM PST. Cancellations within one (1) and three (3) business days will incur a 25% cancellation fee. No shows/no contacts will forfeit all registration fees. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.  Requests for rescheduling made less than three (3) business days prior to class will be honored ONCE for a period of one year from the date of the original class registration. Colleague substitutions are always allowed for the same class as the original registration without penalty.

If Utility Classroom needs to cancel a program due to instructor unavailability or another unforeseen reason, you will be offered the choice of a full refund, rescheduling into another program, or a credit towards a future program.
