How we offer our training

On-line webinars, live or recorded: learn wherever you are

Attend instructor-led Utility Classroom sessions wherever you are, live and on-line or recorded and on-demand. The webinar series is offered in logical groups of topics with each session running approximately 30-90 minutes. You review the upcoming options and pick which times are most convenient for you. You have the option of selecting topics that are most interesting to you or attending the whole series. During live webinars you will see the presented material, hear the instructor, get to ask the instructor questions, as well as respond to any polling and quiz questions. Registering for recorded, on-demand webinars allows you two weeks to watch and listen, rewind, and listen again to the content at your own pace, download learning guides, and take any quizzes that are offered.  Check out the current schedule of live webinars or list of on-demand recordings.
